5 Class Pack Chair Yoga

The details:  $25.00 for 5 classes.
A 45 minute class for those that are unable to get on the floor. Ideal for seniors. The focus is on the breath, moving through poses while seated. There is a standing sequence behind the chair while using the chair for support. Almost anyone can participate in this very gentle form of Yoga. It works the joints and muscles to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and circulation. It goes beyond typical exercises in that it encourages quiet reflection, proper breathing, and better posture. The benefits are remarkable. Blood pressure can be reduced, faster recovery from injury or surgery, better sleep, increased mobility, and improved posture. All which can lead to a higher quality of life.

Dress comfortably. No shoes in the yoga room. Please remove shoes at the door. We recommend no socks, they can be slippery.

Bring water if you like.

No cell phones in the yoga room, it can be distracting for all.

We have cubbies to store your belongings.

Bliss is not a hot yoga studio. The room temperature is kept at 77 degrees and we have ceiling fans used during summer months.

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. We understand traffic can be tricky at times and will allow you into the room if no more then 10 minutes late.
